Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software according to the edition you have purchased (Educator, Educator Plus, Creator, Creator Premium).

Educator licences are strictly for personal, educational, or school use. Commercial use requires a Creator or higher licence, ie. you must have a Creator or Creator Premium licence in order to sell products you have created using GridForge.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software without written permission.
3. Delivery of Software

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive download/access instructions by email.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by email filters, incorrect addresses, or internet service interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Verbatrix.

You may create and publish puzzles, books, or resources with the Software according to your licence type.
5. Updates & Support

Purchases include access to updates and support as advertised at the time of sale.

Support is provided by email only. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Verbatrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
